What we collect and why

• Name, email, phone, shipping and billing address: to process, ship and support your order, and to send order emails.

• Account login (email and password) if you create an account: so you can sign in, see your orders and save your addresses for faster checkout.

• Order history: bookkeeping, warranty and returns, tax obligations.

• Messages you send us (contact form, chat, email): to answer you.

• Technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) through cookies: to run the site securely and, only if you accept, for analytics and marketing.

We do not see or store your full card number; payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store: Wix.com (website, store and account hosting), our payment providers (Wix Payments and/or PayPal), and shipping carriers (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, GLS) for delivery. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. These providers may store information outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States. Before using them we assessed that they protect personal information adequately, under contracts that require it.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site and checkout working and cannot be turned off. Analytics, functional and marketing cookies are off until you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

Order and billing records: 7 years, as required by tax law. Customer accounts: until you close your account. Messages: up to 2 years. After that we delete or anonymize the information.

Your rights

You can ask to access your information, correct it, receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format, withdraw your consent, or have it deleted when we no longer need it. Write to the person in charge above; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Security incidents

If a confidentiality incident creates a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information as the law requires.

Children

Our site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 14.

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
